What you see are fragments
They come in specs, at times visible to the eye.
Scented with that allure of curiosity but fenced upon approach
Move no further.
Fragments resonating to all, I expect you in the first instance to understand rather than accept that I am no longer the person I use to be.
Sprouting through my roots, shedding a new skin of life.
I only wish my decisions were right.
Confusion weighs heavy on shoulders, knees weakening.
Clouding over the sun, I mask all that shines and still my heart glows at night.
Seemingly forcing a behaviour for comfort sake, running souls over on a journey leading no where.
At some point I will stop.
What you see are fragments.
Past, growing into present, blocking a future.
